- Recording and organising client and participant information
- Generating reports and business analytics

- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or legal obligation
- Facilitate fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes

- Harass, bully, defame, or threaten any individual
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Send spam, unsolicited communications, or phishing attempts
- Engage in any activity that could harm or exploit minors
3.3 Security Violations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, networks, or other users' accounts or data
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without written authorisation
- Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the performance of our Services
- Circumvent or disable any security features, access controls, or usage limits
3.4 Data Misuse
- Access, use, or share another user's data or account without authorisation
- Use our Services to collect personal information about individuals without their knowledge or consent
- Export data from our Services for purposes not authorised by the data subjects

3.5 NDIS and Health Data Obligations
If you use our Services to process NDIS participant data or health information, you additionally agree to:
- Only input data that you are authorised to access and manage
- Comply with the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators relevant to your operations
- Not share participant data with any party not authorised under the participant's plan or relevant legislation
- Report any suspected data breach involving participant data to us immediately
- Maintain appropriate consent from participants (or their authorised representatives) for data processed through our platform
3.6 System Abuse
- Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to interact with our Services without written permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to our Services without authorisation
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or other restrictions
- Deliberately consume excessive resources that impact service quality for other users
4. Your Responsibilities
As a user of our Services, you are responsible for:
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- Ensuring that any data you input or upload complies with privacy laws and has been collected with appropriate consent
- Notifying us promptly of any security breach or unauthorised access to your account
5. Reporting Violations

6. Enforcement
If we determine that you have violated this AUP, we may take any of the following actions at our discretion:
- Issue a warning and request that you cease the prohibited activity
- Temporarily suspend your access to the affected Services
- Permanently terminate your account
- Remove or restrict access to content that violates this policy
- Report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law
Where possible, we will give you notice and an opportunity to address the violation before taking enforcement action, unless the violation poses an immediate risk to other users, our systems, or legal obligations.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our website and, for registered users, by email. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
